Mon Pere Brie - approx 175g desserts As part of mezze plattersThis cheese was created in memory of Monsieur Roger, a well known cheese trader and personality based in the Rungis market in Paris in the 1970s. Mon Pere (meaning my father in French) Brie comes from a part of France that is renowned for the exceptional quality of its milk, the Vosges Mountains. Brie Mon has a soft creamy texture and mild rich flavour with a hint of mushrooms from the rind. Also Available in 1kg whole (small) wheels and 3kg (large)
