The mouthfeel of the medium weight flavors is very Beaune in style with its plump

raspberry sauce and cherry pie notes pushed by fruitcake and cocoa

this should add more depth with a few years in bottle

This will however need to develop better depth though the underlying material is so good that it should be capable of doing just that if given time

Tassi, Colombaio Size:6x750ml some stone dustLustrous mid ruby. Still a little compact and tight on the nose. Concentrated, supple cherry fruit of great depth and pushed by lifted acidity. Firm chalky tannins that demand more time, but the whole is finely balanced. (WS)
