Das Juice - 2022 Pink Pet Nat mood_Barbeque Their propertyThe Pink Pet Nat is not your typical fruity pink; theres some seriously savoury, scrummy undertones going on. Fruit from the Mornington Peninsula skin macerated Pinot Gris (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%) and Tempranillo (30%). The resulting wine has a lovely element of grip, bright fruit and crunchy red apple characters. Das Juice is a partnership between long time friends and business partners, Tom Sheer and James Audas. The two run LO FI Imports, a
