Bedoba, Saperavi book Chardonnay AlcA Georgian red from the country's signature Saperavi grape, grown in the historic Kakheti region on thirty year old, largely organic vines. Mostly fermented in stainless steel, with a little in traditional clay qvevri, then aged across steel, large wooden vats and older American oak. Deep purple and bold, showing blackberry, herbs and black pepper over a juicy, structured palate of concentrated dark fruit and ripe tannins. Try it with grilled meats
