Tros Blanc, Trossos, Montsant Southern France plum and MirabelleMas de la Notaria, a singular white grenache vineyard with the precise structure and quality to become an aging wine. In certain vintages, it has joined the fermentation of the Saleres vineyard. Great complexity and slow progression, Notaria, with white soils and almost touching the Siurana river, brings a concentrated version of Tros Blanc and with a greater potential for longevity.
