This new old stock-testing matched pair of Ken-Rad 6V6GT output tubes was tested on our Maxi-Matcher 2 with 400 volts on the plates and a bias of -36 volts for shorts
but were fine at all volume levels in the MP-301
It is dead quiet when the preamp is muted and has excellent frequency response and sound-staging

Matched Pair General Electric GE 12AU7 12AU7A ECC82 Vacuum Tubes Copper Support Rods Compactron This new old stock-testing matchedThis nicely matched pair of General Electric 12AU7 ECC82 dual triodes was tested on our Paul Hart calibrated TV7 U for shorts, gas and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas. Tube One measured 65 66 while Tube Two measured 69 64 where minimum (65%) is 56 56 and 100% is 87 87. These tubes have narrow 19 MM plates, each with two rectangular holes; O getters; copper support rods and excellent flashing. I have played them in my Radio Craftsmen RC 2
