These dies are designed to recess the flange of a riv nut in a sheet metal panel. This allows you to bolt two panels together without the obstruction of a riv nut head. These dies are CNC machined from 4140 Pre hard alloy steel. These all have 1 4 20 threads on the female die. Drill a 1 4" hole in your panel, install the dimple, then drill the 1 4" hole out to the proper size for the
