Wild Fermented 13 days on skins with light cap plunging Free run juice & pressings. 11 months levage on gross lees in well seasoned French Oak, 16 months in bottle prior to release. Rusty salmon pink colour, apple, strawberry flavours with a hint of a herbal back end. Textural on the palette. Architects of Wine, Winery.
