Domaine des Clos des Rocs, Pouilly-Loche Les Mures 2021 Silex A rich and fruit drivenWe love the nose on this wine there is a burst of freshly baked apple, peach cobbler and a delightful hint of sea soaked beach pebbles. The palate is full and shows an excellent balance of rich orchard fruit and bright acidity and a mineral tension. The finish is long with a light whiff of saltiness.
