First matured in ex bourbon barrels, the whisky is then transferred to small quarter casks, increasing the contact between spirit and oak. Bottled at 48% ABV and non chill filtered. Tasting's Notes Full and mouth coating, layering intense peat smoke, seaweed and medicinal notes over vanilla, caramel, coconut and gentle spice, finishing long and warming. One for the peat lover.
