It is enriched by volcanic soil and water from the San Cristobal volcano. The high volcanic temperatures contribute to the evaporation rate of the rum and foster a more intense and dynamic interactions between the barrel and the rum. This rum is sugar free, gluten free and kosher. Nose Notes of sweet almonds and vanilla. Palate Notes of white chocolate and orange essence, with a dry finish. Serving
