Oddero, Barolo Vigna Rionda Riserva 2015 Case size_6Saturated vibrant red. Cherry vanilla, cinnamon, strawberry jelly, and smoke on the nose nicely complemented by violet and red rose petal topnotes. Broad and tactile but also juicy and sweet, offering lush red and dark berry flavors and complicating notes of clove and minerals. The finish features a tangy cherry skin note and apricot, lingering long with wonderful clarity and spicy cut. I loved this wine being surprisingly light, almost Pinot like on
