Santuvario Rosso 2018 RUTHERFORD Finishing the bourbon in SpanishSantuvario comes from Boca in Alto Piemonte, where only 30 hectares remain for winegrowing. A former musical instrument repairman, Ivano Barbaglia started it in 2011 and is now making some of the most authentic nebbiolos from the region. Aged in large Austrian barrel, it shows dark fruits as well as warm hazelnut tones and cool mint aromas.
