Pendulum testers - Method of operation Ingestion-build-156411 Contents of BS ISO 8140:1 Scope This part of BS 7976 specifies a method of operation of the pendulum tester specified in BS 79761. It is applicable only for use in determining the slip resistance of pedestrian surfaces. This standard does not apply to the specific procedures for road and airfield surfaces in BS EN 130364, or to the use of the pendulum test as described in current product standards. NOTE This method of operation is used to determine the pendulum test value.
